I found the hotel lobby grand and majestic. polina greeted me for check-in. she was wonderful and friendly, taking the time to explain the hotel offers and benefits that come with my hyatt status, i felt valued. she explained how the hotel blends arab culture into the design of the hotel lobby. This helped me appreciate the hotel more.
i observed the pool area was small, and it seemed overcrowded with day guests. the beach was a bit of a joke and completely covered in umbrellas and sunbeds in close quarters. this did detract slightly from an otherwise really good experience. it was hard to relax fully with so many people in a relatively small space.

the hotel has an ideal location if you plan to visit the landmark area. the emirate palace and the presidential palace are minutes away. this makes it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring nearby attractions; it saves travel time.

i found my upgraded suite to be very spacious! it featured a large balcony directly overlooking the emirate palace and the sea. the views were especially spectacular during nightfall as both the emirate palace and presidential palace were beautifully illuminated.

the breakfast restaurant offered a selection of local dishes. international dishes were available too. food quality appeared quite good; i found a satisfying variety. other amenities such as the infinity pool looked great for relaxation and recreation.

I loved the spacious room. it had a perfect view and a balcony, i spent hours there. the breakfast was very good with a great variety of options. I tried a bit of everything.
The gym was somewhat lacking in equipment. I noticed a limited number of free weights. the pool area was overcrowded with day guests. It was difficult to find available loungers.

The staff were meticulous. I appreciated the warm reception I received. The 24-hour room service was amazing. The food was consistently fresh. I booked a room with a view and I was very happy with it.
My minibar was completely empty. I found this surprising for a 5-star hotel. A stocked minibar is a basic expectation. The TV screen in my room was broken and unusable. I was disappointed I could not relax with entertainment.

i have been to hyatt properties. the detail and expectation of my every need, were amazing. it was a total staff win, from housekeeping to waitstaff. i will be staying here, again!
this is not acceptable as the other pool is much smaller. this situation is very disappointing. i won't recommend this stay to my friends. i hope they will improve their service.
